Mechanical Engineering
Olympus Marine Group provides mechanical engineering in support of design and Installation of mechanical systems.
The Mechanical Engineering division consists of professionals who specialize in designing piping and mechanical systems both for new installations and for refits and conversions. We provide project estimates, design drawings, fabrication drawings and schedule of materials for purchase including as build drawings. We also secure all necessary approvals from the authorities including but not limited to, the USCG, Classifications Societies, and the USPH.
In addition, our mechanical engineering team provides engineering services to support either new or structural modifications that are part of the installation of an on board system. In conjunction with our project managers, and supported by a team of qualified certified welders, platters and fitters.
Olympus Marine Group Engineers are capable of handling complex project requirements. We are a recommended installer of GEORG FISCHER +GF+ piping systems and our expertise extended to design and implementing other installations such as MAPRESS CuNiFe and precise installation of Mass Flow Meters. We are experienced in tank repairs, Steel, Stainless and Aluminum repair and fabrications, as well welding services utilizing MIG, STICK, and TIG equipment.
